Our tribute flowers are arranged with the highest quality, fresh-cut flowers designed to last.

Should there be a problem with your flowers, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph may be required to support any claims.

• Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
• Because of the perishable nature of floral products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date of your products.
• All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flowers, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for correctly, then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product.
• We will inspect all flowers returned to us claimed to be faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged a refund will NOT be issued
• Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proved to be faulty or damaged and will be at the discretion of management

Every one of our stunning funeral tributes will be lovingly hand created and delivered with care by our expert florists. 
To ensure the flowers remain fresh and in the best possible condition we will deliver your tributes hydrated to keep them in pristine condition.

Our florists will hand write your personal message which will appear on a card accompanying your tribute. Great care will be taken with such an important order.

Funeral flowers etiquette tells us that it is more appropriate to send your floral tribute to the Funeral Director rather than to a home address due to the upset it may cause. However, sometimes you may not know the details of the funeral; in this case, it is very important that the bereaved is aware of the delivery.

Deliveries to a place of worship or crematorium are not recommended (as there is often no-one available to receive the order). 
Delivery at your preferred time of day is available when delivering to the Funeral Director at no extra charge. Our florists will liaise with the Funeral Director to co-ordinate the delivery of your tribute.
